Summary: You have 14 days from delivery to return eligible items. Returns must be unused, in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping.
- You may request a return within 14 calendar days of delivery.
- Products must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving returned goods.
- Returns must be initiated by emailing choiboysco@gmail.com with your order number.
This cancellation right is provided in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

- Socks, underwear, or hygiene-sensitive products
- Custom or personalised products
Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please notify us within 30 calendar days of delivery for any faulty, incorrect, or missing items. Email choiboysco@gmail.com with details and photos. We will offer a replacement or full refund as appropriate.
